Refund Policy

When the customer decides to cancel a reservation, the following scenarios may apply:

• Reservations cancelled up to 30 days before the time of the reservation: the entire value of the reservation minus the Wix operating fee will be refunded.

• Reservations cancelled between 8 and 29 days before the reservation: the customer can choose between receiving a 50% refund of the value of the reservation minus the Wix operating fee OR rescheduling the reservation for a future Opera Kitchen dinner.

• Reservations cancelled less than 7 days before the scheduled dinner: no refund applies.
